Improve your form and technique by learning skills and steps to lift properly and safely. If you are new to lifting, learn the basics and build muscle memory to perform lifts properly. 

Personalized programming to do on your own. Must book "Individual Programming," first so I can assess your goals, postural, mobility, and movement patterns. Based on this, I'll program weekly workouts for you that include dynamic warm-ups, strength-training, metabolic conditioning, accessory work and static stretching.

One Personal training session at my gym; free online consultation to develop an individualized session for you. After purchasing this session, you have the option to book the 10 session package at a discounted price.

Cutting the guess-work out of your daily nutrition. I offer personalized plans that include meal and recipe advice, grocery shopping/ meal-prep strategies, and a comprehensive macronutrient plan with weekly check-in/evaluations. Nutrition coaching is for 3 months.

Too busy to travel, or have an infant at home? I can travel to you with all necessary equipment. This package includes 10 travel-to-you sessions, as well as an online consultation to develop an individualized program for you.

Personalized program to do on your own. This includes one full in-person or virtual session to assess your postural, movement, and mobility patterns. Based on this session, I'll program one workout for you. Each additional workout after that is €10, or you can opt for a monthly subscription.
